We hope your items are just as perfect as you expect, but we understand that sometimes, that’s not the case.

Our returns policy allows purchased items to be returned up to 7 days after the receipt of said items. Please contact us at [email protected] to request for a return. Our customer service representatives will assist you throughout the entire process.

Please ensure that your items are returned with the original packaging and tags that came with it.

All items are still subject to quality assessment. Once approved, you will be refunded in the form of a store voucher which can only be used on The Gorgeous Mess website. The whole return process should take around 7 - 10 business days from the time you ship your order back to us . Items for exchange are also subjected to quality assessment and once approved, you will be given a store voucher which you can use to purchase the replacement item of your choice.

If you're returning the item because of an inherent defect in the product, we will include the shipping costs you may incur in the store voucher that we will be making for you. If you're returning an item because you changed your mind about your purchase or you would like to purchase something else, please note that shipping costs will be covered by you.
